One of my favorite beers, Sam Adams Summer Ale, came out for the summer recently. A very exciting time to say the least. Brings back memories of the beach, Sox games, concerts, and long glorious days.
Today's Fact: The man on the Sam Adams label is not Samuel Adams. It is Paul Revere. Sam Adams is a rather measly looking fellow and would not have been the best image for a beer. Below is a John Singleton Copley portrait of the real Sam Adams.
